You can only use this effect of "Windwitch - Diamond Bell" once per turn. Once per turn, if your opponent takes battle or effect damage: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it. If you control this card that was Synchro Summoned using only "Windwitch" monsters as material, you can use this effect up to twice per turn.
